Dr. Monique Welbeck, DNP is a Dual Licensed and Board-Certified Adult and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 20 years of clinical experience and dedication to clinical and operational excellence.


She started this practice in efforts to strengthen patient engagement, expand access, promote retention in care and achieve and maintain sobriety by exploring and implementing innovative and telemedicine measures.
