Dr. Monique Welbeck, DNP

Dual Licensed and Board-Certified Adult and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, AAHIVS Certified HIV Specialist

Dr. Monique Welbeck, DNP is a dual licensed and board-certified Adult and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She has over 20 years of clinical experience and dedication to clinical and operational excellence.

Her career began at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center in NYC and she later transitioned to the outpatient care setting. In addition to the direct patient care she provides, she also served as a clinical adjunct at Long Island University and most recently, at Montclair State University.

She earned her Master of Science degree in Adult and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Columbia University and completed her doctorate degree at Rutgers University. She has earned multiple certifications as an Adult and Women’s Health NP, HIV Specialist from American Academy of HIV Medicine, and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist from CBDCE, just to name a few. She is a proud member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine, the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
